Pandorum Terms & Conditions

All entrants must be over 15 to enter the competition.
Entrants must answer the question correctly to be entered into the prize draw.
The prizes consist of:

Creation Terms & Conditions

Free prize Draw – to Win a trip for two (2) for eight (8) days, seven (7) nights staying in 3* or above accommodation plus return economy flights to Atlanta airport.
Entrants must be 21yrs or over and hold a valid British passport valid for travel to USA and be resident of the UK.
Competition closes on 18th April 2010.
The prize is valid until October 2010 based on two people sharing.
Prize is subject to availability, there is no cash alternative.
Hotel is accommodation only. The prize does not include any meals or transfers to or from Atlanta airport.
Departure will be from a London Airport.
Prizes are non transferable.
Holiday insurance is not included.
No provision for special medical requirements is included.
The promoter reserves the right to exchange the prize for one of equal or greater value.
No correspondence will be entered into.
Winner will be notified in writing by 30th April 2010. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a second winner will be drawn – if no contact is made by 31st May 2010 the prize will be forfeit.

Valentine’s Day Terms & Conditions

Entry into the Competition assumes acceptance of the terms and conditions below and agreement to be bound by them.

How to Enter The Competition

Participants may only enter the Competition by answering a question on the homepage at www.moviecomps.com/valentinesday, filling in their details and pressing “Enter” (“Entry”).

The Competition Prizes

Prize 1 – Two (2) tickets to the London premiere of Valentine’s Day

Two tickets to the London premiere of Valentine’s Day on 11 February 2010;
Winner will be chosen at random from all eligible Entries and contacted on 9 February 2010;
Winner shall confirm acceptance of the Prize by 12 noon on 9 February 2010 otherwise a new winner will be drawn;
Winner must dress smartly and Warner Bros. Entertainment UK Limited (“Warner”) and its promotional agencies reserve the right to refuse entry;
Eligibility for Prize 1 is subject to signing Warner’s prize terms and conditions;
The Prize does not include transport to or from the premiere, accommodation or any additional expenses;
Warner reserves the right to change the date of the premiere without liability.
Closing date for entry into the Competition for Prize 1 is 11.59:01pm GMT on 8 February 2010.

Prize 2 – A Holiday in Jamaica

Two return economy flight tickets (excluding government and airport taxes) for the winner and one guest travelling on the same flight from London Gatwick, UK to Jamaica.
Seven (7) nights all inclusive luxury accommodation for the winner and a guest during the Promotion at any Sandals resort in Jamaica;
Prize includes all gourmet meals, premium-brand drinks, all land and water-sports including scuba diving and airport transfers;
Prize does not include any spa treatments;
Holiday insurance is not included and must be purchased prior to travel;
Prize is subject to availability and must be taken by 31 March 2011;
Travel cannot be taken on or between the following dates: 8 December 2010 – 3 January 2011;
Travel will not be confirmed until ninety (90) days prior to departure;
Winner and guest must be a couple and both must be aged 18 or over;
Once booking has been confirmed, no changes are permitted.

Prize 3 – 12 bouquets of flowers

Twelve (12) bouquets of flowers one a month for a year delivered to the winner’s specified address;
Each bouquet will be up to the value of thirty pounds (£30) with FREE Delivery.

Prize 4 – £300 worth of Bravissimo vouchers

To be redeemed against any item- including sale items, online, via Bravissimo mail order and in-store ;
Vouchers are valid for use until February 2011.

Prize 5 – A Marc Ecko watch (x2)

One (1) x Marc Ecko King and one (1) x Kind-Mid watch from H.Samuel up to a value of four hundred pounds (£400) with a two (2) year warranty period included.(the “Prizes”)
Closing date for Prizes 2 -5 inclusive is 20 March 2010. The winning entrants will be selected from all completed Entries online, winners will be notified by phone or email on 22 March 2010.

Further conditions for all Prizes

Entrants must answer the question correctly to be entered into the Prize draw.
The winners will be selected at random from all completed Entries online provided they have been submitted by the relevant closing date for the Prize.
A winner will be selected for each Prize, beginning with Prize 1 and ending with Prize 5.
Entrants must be eligible for the Prize in order to win.
If an entrant is selected to win one Prize they will not be eligible to win any further Prizes.
Winners will be notified by phone or email of their Prize and any further details.
The winners will be chosen by independent judges and their decision is final.
The Competition is only open to UK residents who are aged 16 or older, with the exception of Prize 2 where winner and their guest must be 18 or older.
One entry per household.
The Prizes are non transferable, non refundable and subject to the terms and conditions of the individual Prize providers.
There is no cash alternative to any of the Prizes and all Prizes are subject to availability.
Competition winners and any other person sharing the Prize with the Prize winner may be required to sign Warner’s prize terms (available on request) before the Prize is awarded.
The Competition winners may be invited and agree to take part in post-Competition publicity as may be requested by Warner.
The Competition is not open to employees and immediate families of the Promoter or their affiliated companies or any company connected with the Competition. The Promoter reserves the right to prevent entry into the Competition at its sole discretion.
The Promoter and its affiliated companies are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected Entries, for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, for lost or unavailable network connections, or for failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or any human error which may occur in the receipt or processing of the Entries.
A list of the winners’ names will be available by sending a SAE marked ‘Valentine’s Day winners’ to the Promoter before 30 March 2010.
In order to participate in the Competition, participants will be required to supply certain information about themselves on the Competition entry page. This information will only be used for the purposes of administering the Competition and for sending participants marketing information where they have indicated that they would like to receive such communications.
All rights are reserved to change, suspend or cancel the Competition without specifying the reasons for its decision and without incurring liability as a result.
The Competition is governed by the laws of England.
