The competition is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland only and must be submitted by an adult, aged 18 years or over except employees of Promoter and Simon & Schuster, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.

Details of how to enter the competition form part of these Terms and Conditions. It is a condition of entry that the entrant will be deemed to have accepted all rules, Terms and Conditions and be bound by them.

The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The competition is a free prize draw. Entrants must answer the provided question correctly to be entered into the prize draw.

The winner(s) will be drawn at random from all successful entries by an independent judge.

Final closing date for entries is midnight 30/01/2018  and all entries must be received on or before that date.

Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of dispatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

The winners will be notified by email by the 28/02/2018 and must respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being contacted. Winners that respond after that period will not be eligible for the prize. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner by the deadline or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Two attempts to contact the winners will be made after which the prize will be forfeited.

The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a self-addressed envelope to the Promoter marked ‘Funnybones Winners’ to the Promoters address, before the 30/03/2018.

First prize consists of: a hap-pea goody bag including a signed copy of Supertato Evil Pea

The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there are no cash alternatives. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if required.

Please allow 28 days for appropriate prizes to be delivered.

Entries submitted for the competition become the property of the Promoter and may be used in further promotional activity.

The winners agree to co-operate with the Promoter for publicity purposes if so required. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Personal information about entrants will only be shared with the Promoter’s competition partners and with the Promoter’s agents to the extent necessary to manage such entry and participation as an entrant or, where required, to a legal or regulatory body

These terms are to be interpreted in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of these terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
