The competition is a free prize draw.
The winner will be drawn at random from all successful entries by an independent judge.
The winner will be notified by the 30/07/2024.
The winner will be notified by phone or email.
The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize Terms & Conditions:
- Winner and all guests must travel at the same time with the same itinerary;
- At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over; Where any travelers are aged under 18, they must have prior
parental or guardian permission;
- Standard class train travel provided within mainland UK to London only. Trains will be selected by Prize
Provider;
- Accommodation based on 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old sharing 1x quadruple occupancy hotel
room for 2 nights in London;
- Accommodation does not include any other meals (excluding breakfast as stated above), incidentals,
gratuities, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, these will be the
responsibility of the winner and guests;
- A valid credit or debit card may be required by the accommodation for security deposit purposes at check in
and therefore at least one of the Recipients must possess and travel with a valid credit and debit card;
Accommodation will be selected by Prize Provider at its sole discretion;
- Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification and all travel must be completed within that time;
- Winners must contact Prize Provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than
six weeks prior to departure;
- Once booked no changes to the itinerary will be permitted;
- Prize cannot be taken from 21 st December – 4 th January (Christmas and New Year) Easter Sunday or UK Public
Holidays;
- Any necessary insurance is the responsibility of the winner and guests;
- The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and
anything not expressly stated in the prize package; Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash
alternative is available;
- The prize package inclusions are subject to availability, where any part of the prize package is unavailable,
Prize Provider will offer suitable alternatives of equal value, in its sole discretion;
- If winner elects not to or is unable to use or participate in any part of the prize package the winner will
forfeit that part of the prize package.
- For the Virtual Reality experience, the minimum age is 12 years old, children under 16 must be accompanied
by a supervising adult;
- For the climbing experience, the minimum age is 8 years old, the minimum height is 1.2 metres, the maximum
weight is 130kg, the maximum waist measurement is 125cm, the maximum upper thigh measurement is 75cm,
experience is not suitable for those those with back problems, other serious medical conditions or who
are pregnant;
- For the High Ropes Adventure Course, the maximum weight to participate is 20.5 stone; age restrictions will
vary depending on course and will be advised upon booking; the experience is not recommended for those
who are pregnant or have neck, back or other serious medical conditions; all children under 16 years must be
accompanied by an adult;
- £500 spending money is provided to the winner only and will be sent via bank transfer to the winner’s nominated account, recipient of funds must be aged 18 or over;
- Prize must be taken in accordance with government guidelines and COVID-19 rules and restrictions in place at the time of travel, the arrangement and additional costs for any COVID-19 testing that may be required is sole responsibility of the winner and guests;
- The Prize Provider is Element London Ltd. Any
personal data submitted by the winner to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value as required.
Two attempts to contact the winner(s) will be made after which the prize will be forfeit.
The winners agree to co-operate with the Promoter for publicity purposes if so required.
By accepting the prize the winners agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Any questions, comments or complaints relating to the competition should be directed to the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or discontinue this competition without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
Should any technical issue arise the Promoter/Administrator reserves the right to withdraw the competition and/or any prizes that have been wrongly promised as a result of the technical problems.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant to the competition or any damage to any entrant’s property (including computer equipment and/or data which is stored on any equipment) as a result of using the application, entering the competition or accepting the prize.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
The prize winner’s names and their regional location can be requested from the Administrator by sending a stamped address envelope marked “Madame Web Winner” to the Promoter after 30/07/2024 and before the 15/08/2024.
